E-Commerce Sales Director

Job Description

OverviewThe role is responsible to set the strategy & accelerating the business for ecommerce customers. This role is responsible for strategy, Capability, specific transformation projects co-partnering, ensuring right structure, and resourcing and finally process governance. Will also be required to collaborate internally with capability team and to establish both long term relationships with a multitude of ecommerce Customers. This role will act as COE for the entire sector guiding BU’s team in developing best practices and managing key regional customers across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide eCommerce channel and customer feasibility and volume/revenue/commercial investment scenario development with strategy and category team
  • Manage the direct business for MENA countries and COE responsibility for remaining AMESA markets.
  • Establish and leverage strategic partnership with internet, digital and eCommerce companies to maximize sales within the UAE market & potential opportunities in Egypt & Saudi
  • Lead negotiations with new customers to deliver commercial plan
  • Strategically form and build top to top partnerships with the right players in the market in line with strategy
  • Manage the e-commerce resources within MENA under the overall leadership of the business
  • Expand, develop and own setting up new markets with revenue generating activities
  • Understand relevant market competition and take proactive measures to establish category penetration, online market share and revenue
  • Tailor strategy and setting sales targets to drive exponential growth in both developed and underdeveloped countries
  • Asses best e-commerce practices across developed countries (China, UK and US) and lift and shift into region
  • Feed in sector requirements and support the establishment of enabling systems and tools to drive best in class e-commerce capabilities e.g: customer management, digital activation, shopper insights, analytics, IT systems and legal contract agreements
  • Contribute a sector perspective to enterprise wide agenda setting for e-commerce, feeding regional priorities to the Global E-Commerce Lead
  • Assess systems and formulate action plan to jump shift organization capability
  • Develop data and analytics solutions to capture market data to enable the strategy
  • Support eCommerce BU team to identify the future growth space, which is in line with AMESA eCommerce strategic plan
  • Work with strategy and insights team to update market sizing and emerging trends including new competition and new segments.

Qualifications

UX Designer

Your role will be part of growing team based in Plano, TX to create and support global digital products for PepsiCo. These products will focus on topics such as revenue management, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics.

You will be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team centered around Data & Service Design, where you will be our system thinker, turning inputs into actionable strategies and designs. You will work closely with designers, process owners, product owners and final business users.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the entire design process of our digital products & services from initial research, ideation, conceptualization and design, to testing and validation.
  • Apply Human-Centered Design and Service Design Thinking approaches to guide the discovery and production of low-fidelity and high-fidelity deliverables.
  • Create project deliverables such as low and hi fidelity UI prototypes, discussion guides for research, insights reports and presentations among other materials relevant to the client challenge while working within a Design System.
  • Identify research needs and help plan and conduct Primary and Secondary Research. Assist in synthesizing research to build insights, reframe problems, and provide recommendations that enable our teams to generate and iterate on new solutions.

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the Service Design and UX Design Proven experience and knowledge on implementation and facilitation of the overall design process, using a variety of methodologies like: Process Mapping, User Journey Mapping, User Story Mapping, Wireframing, UI prototyping, User Testing, etc.
  • Experience with industry standard design and research tools (Adobe CC, Figma, User testing etc…).
