Category planning team is responsible for inventory planning, selection and project management for the Myntra MMB portfolio. In addition category planning drives optimization of inventory availability & health through analysis & implementation of systems & processes.
Roles and responsibilities
Role:
The proposed role is for planning of the Men’s category. The planning lead will work with the category team to drive key merchandising and strategic decisions that influence the category P&L
Responsibilities:
- Category planner will be responsible for category specific planning activities on the following levels
- Selection – Making season level buy plans / assortment plans, based on past performance & growth / revenue targets to ensure that the category is well represented
- Monthly – Monthly target setting, inwards capacity allocation, OTB management
- Reporting & KPI management – Tracking category’s key metrics, weekly/monthly/season performance review and analytics support to category managers.
- Identify gaps in product offerings & subsequently suggest brands/category expansion
- Managing pricing (SOR / OR) – follow up with a category on securing timely control pricing internally as per planned STR/GM/RGM. Working closely on OR discounting based on profitability requirements
- Operational excellence: Should have prior experience or enough knowledge & confidence to manage merchandising operations, inbound planning, cataloguing & discount monitoring.
- Process Improvement – Should have a problem-solving approach for the issues faced in planning process & ideate/implement process improvement projects

- Work with the creative producer on all styling and shoot requirements across catalogue , campaign, and social media shoots
- Program manage shoot calendar and relevant studios
- Collaborate with third party vendors to source styling props at the best possible rate
- Deliver output (still and video) following style guides and service level agreements
- Maintain and consistently update the casting database for models across multiple agencies & solve for fit challenges using knowledge of model pool

- Stay updated on the industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed. Monitor and analyse critical next-gen content trends worldwide.
- Leads multiple projects working directly with stakeholders, project teams, product management, and other business partners to ensure the ingestion and Content Management Systems are positioned and integrated correctly into workflows

The Senior Manager of Workforce Management (WFM) and Analytics plays a pivotal role in planning and optimizing our contact center operations. This role requires expertise in managing and planning forecasts for contact center operations, meticulous cost management, and proficiency in using forecasting and analytic tools. The Senior Manager will lead a team responsible for ensuring efficient staffing and resource allocation to meet service level objectives and improve overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Forecasting & Planning:
1.1 Develop and maintain contact center forecasting models to predict workload, service demand,and staffing requirements.
1.2 Collaborate with relevant departments to gather historical data and market trends to refine

5.1 Leverage analytics tools, including Excel, Python, R to extract actionable insights from data,
improving contact center performance and efficiency.
