JOB DESCRIPTION:

EXPECTED WORK

• In Stock Excellence – The KAE is accountable for efficient online availability of the portfolio on their respective platform. This requires her/him to work on demand forecast, customer ordering, fulfilment and go live

• Execution Rigor – The KAE is responsible for configuration of offer and its compliance, media assets and content upload across the assortment

• Budgeting – She/he must have the ability to work with data comfortably to forecast and budget for optimized brand investments on the respective platforms

• Financial Hygiene – The KAE is responsible for maintaining collection efficiency, customer claims and other financial metrics for the account

• Negotiations and Operations – The KAE must have the ability to negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile fast paced channel

• Working with collaborative teams – The role requires working closely with Shopper Marketing, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Business Finance and Capability Teams to achieve joint ambitions for sustainable customer top-line

• Growth Mindset – As the owner of toplines for her/his patch, the KAE must always use data and customer engagement to actively hunt for growth opportunities on the platform and must action accordingly

• Customer Relationship -As the face of the organization, the AKAM must demonstrate exceptional inter personal skills to build long lasting strategic relationships with the customer EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• MBA/Master’s degree

• Overall years of experience should be at least 2-4 years of work experience across sales & marketing in FMCG. Experience in e-commerce set-up will be preferred.

Expert Sales Executive

Job Purpose:

The primary role of an Expert Sales Executive is to ensure coverage plan of the said specialties on a regular basis to deliver scientific information and knowledge on HUL products and relevant disease conditions, thereby adding value to the HCP.

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Describe the key deliverables to be achieved by the post holder and the ongoing responsibilities of the role.

• Ensure favorable recommendation in the form of prescriptions by scientific promotion for Expert detailed brands for relevant speciality.

• Ensure Optimum HCP (Health Care Professional) coverage, coverage of pharmacies, where detailing of Expert supported brands is made to Chemists which forms an important aspect of the role.

• Segmentation & Targeting through Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) at the mapped chemist outlets to identify, onboard the right customer (HCP)

• Implementation of Strategies: Product activations for the respective categories would be driven to create high impact at the HCP level in alignment with the Marketing Team’s Strategy

• Timely reporting of Doctor/ Pharmacy coverage, RCPA and activations data needs to be made on the official HUL system.

• Demonstrate excellent In-clinic effectiveness (Usage of Selling Skill Module) to communicate brand science effectively that meets specific HCP requirements.

• Meeting Sales Objectives consistently by understanding territory performance, analyzing various data, managing the variables/dynamics of the territory and keeping abreast on the overall competition.

• Maintain and reconcile monthly inventory of all inputs and samples.

• High engagement with the GT team and other relevant regional stakeholders to ensure delivery of overall regional business plan.

• Respond promptly to HCP queries within the individual’s area of knowledge or seek support to resolve the same.

• Strict adherence to compliance protocols of the organization, including reporting adverse events.

ROLE CONTEXT:

We are looking for a Content Specialist to work with the E-commerce team [Mumbai HO] at HUL. People who are eager to go beyond conventional thinking and apply their knowledge & skills to telling impactful brand stories, someone with exceptional communications skills who is results driven. The individual will liaise directly with Marketing teams, Shopper Marketing and Account teams to ensure high-quality execution on-platform.

Responsibilities:

I. Raising the Ceiling on Content

  • Working with HUL brand teams to devise and develop their e-Commerce content strategies
  • Give inputs to finetune intent-based content that drives bottom-of-the-funnel tasks while ensuring on-time delivery of the same
  • Identify on various platforms and properties the elements that enable conversion and clicks on content. Hence, pre-test, and post-test existing content across categories.
  • Improve platform discoverability by ensuring necessary content interventions across product listings
  • Evaluate the feasibility and scope for new content formats & digital platform innovations across key customer portals and liaison with the category to develop and deploy the same
  • Building capabilities that enable superior content delivery: Lead the Digitisation of the Product Listings – right from content creation to deployment using Unilever Designed automated systems.

II. Build Best in Class Creatives

  • Work with the creative agency to build customer-specific lower funnel display ads across eCommerce platforms ensuring monthly OTIF delivery
  • Study and identify new creative and display formats and experiment them with on different platforms
  • Lead the governance on the internal intelligence platforms to continuously improve creative quality and build a robust eCom creative playbook.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

  • Prior Experience in a creative/ content strategist profile
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Strong sense of design and aesthetics
  • Collaboration and strong stakeholder management skills are a must.
