I spent the majority of 2020 in a wheelchair and learning to walk again. So excited to continue my practice and begin teaching!

I’m in recovery and took the plunge to journal and adhere to a daily yoga and pranayama practice about eight months ago. It completely altered my health and mental state. This year, I’m immersing myself in all of the principles of yoga and challenging myself to practice balancing poses while remaining connected to my breath.
