Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Engineer to be a part of the Capital Markets Operational and Analytical Reporting (CMOAR) technology team. This position will work with the internal developers on CMOAR team to create, modify, and update existing ETL packages, Reports, and application program to support the solutions that will satisfy the Home Mortgage Post Closing Business Partners’ requirements or needs, and will demonstrate strong partnership abilities with our business operations, implementation, and crossed functional roles teams to support run the bank and change the bank objectives.

In This Role, You Will

• Participate in data warehouses across multiple databases and identify opportunity for developing table schemas within the Technology and Date area
• Review and analyze basic data management business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives and exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
• Present recommendations for resolving more complex data management situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the business data policies, procedures and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with technology colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders, including internal and external customers if applicable

Required Qualifications, US:

• 2+ years of Data Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ years of SQL experience
• 1+ year of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) programming experience
• 2+ years of web development experience

Required Qualifications, International:

• Experience in Data Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Agile experience
• 2+ years of experience with cloud technologies
• 2 + years of SQL Server SSIS, SSRS and SSAS experience
